Juxtaposed Pictorial and Other Images in Deliberate Sequence

So has anyone else recently come accross any comics that aren't usually recognized as comics, that are worth looking at? I just came accross The Farm Book authored and illustrated by Rien Poortvliet in 1975. It's a 200 plus page "pictoral book" where the author uses anything from quick sketches to f...

I've since read volumes 2 and 3 (Volume 3 is Amazingly good), any word on whether Viz has changed their mind or if anyone else is going to print the rest of Phoenix? It's just such a shame. There are sooo soooo many crappy comics out there and when a noncrappy one gets published people don't buy it.

I haven't read the entire interview yet. Like most articles, I skipped to the end and intend to then read the middle and might go back to the beginning. Given my thus far limited knowledge of the content of the interview, I am in at least partial agreement with your comments on Mr. Hard's comments ...

However, I got the impression that the guy talking about terrorist clones was George W Bush, not Ted Koppel. Oh, yeah. You could be right. I was seeing the panel as a news report, but it could be a Presidential press conference. When I saw the big ears, Ted Koppel was instantly triggered in my mind...

Re: CCA Nominations

You know... every single comic I nominated in every category is now in the running for "Best..." whatever. Like He-Man says, "I have the power." Except for about two or three of the categories I can say quite the opposite. I think I cursed all of the webcomics that I like by voting for them. :-?

I really liked your guest strip eric. I mean I'm not the creator or anything, but as a reader of IAG I think your guest comic fits snuggly within the story that willy g is creating.

Religion is like the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus... something good for teaching kids how to behave that you should then stop believing in once you get old enough to think for yourself. I don't personally subscribe to the simplistic "fairy tale" approach to religion that many religious folk do, but...

I'm tempted to start signing everything "Willie G" because it makes me sound like a delta blues singer... How about Blind Willie G ? Adds a bit more blues to your delta. As an added bonus, you would portray yourself as a blind person using visual language to communicate. Ah, irony... of course you ...

You're welcome, btw I started to checkout your 24hr comic, but when I got to pages with text I quit because the text was too hard to comfortably read. It might not be a bad idea to make your images a bit cleare, I know I'd read it then.

If I can find enough money I would really like to go. Is anyone here going? Has anyone here gone before? What should I expect? Tim, how do you go about getting one of those campus studio apartments? I checked MCAD'a site and all they have is a list of nearby hotels . I've signed up for the class. T...

I'm not sure where I should've put this, but I put it here because both articles briefly mention Scott. But, obviously if it's in the wrong place feel free to move it.
