Looking for Lettering Artists

I am looking for an artist, who can letter, to work on a project with me to pitch to publishers.

I am able to pay for the art and lettering required for the pitch. If the project is successful and picked up by a publisher, we will switch to a for profit model, with a 70/30 split in your favor.
